Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 tbsp grated Romano or Parmesan
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Step 1
Whisk together buttermilk, Romano, mayonnaise, vinegar, parsley, Dijon, Worcestershire and Tabasco; season with salt and pepper. Toss dressing with romaine just before serving.
