  • 1 lb frozen shrimp, thawed
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 t brown sugar
  • 2 t soy sauce
  • 1 box penne pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together olive oil, parmesan cheese, brown sugar and soy sauce. Add shrimp to a large ziploc bag and pour marinade over top. Seal bag and shake to coat. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. When ready to eat, cook pasta as directed. While pasta is cooking, dump entire bag of marinade into large skillet. Cook at med-hi heat until shrimp are warmed through. Add cooked pasta to skillet and stir to combine. Top with additional parmesan cheese.
