Honey Balls

Ingredients

• 6 c flour
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 11 medium eggs (or 9 large eggs)
• 24 oz honey
• 1/2 to 3/4 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Add eggs and vanilla to flour.
Knead well.
Make strips (like snakes) and layout on towel.
Cut and fry.
Heat honey balls in large pot and add honey and sugar.
Mix.
Put in dish, like a wreath, or put in individual cupcake papers.
