Measuring Spoons

Ingredients

• I've got a set of them too and have almost never used them. I just tried them out and compared each of them to 1/8 teaspoon and here is what I got:
• 1 Dash = 1/8 teaspoon
• 1 Pinch = 1/16 teaspoon
• 2 Pinches = 1/8 teaspoon
• 3 Smidgens = 1/8 teaspoon
