Ingredients
- 2 packages country ribs (6 to 8 ribs to each)

- 1 large onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ribs in oil on both sides.
Blend sauce #1 sauce ingredients and pour over drained ribs. Place in a covered casserole and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
#2 sauce:
In saucepan, stir sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in vinegar, ketchup, pineapple and soy sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thick. Place over ribs as above.
