- 2 quarts fresh cranberries
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
- 4 cups sugar

Step 1
Cook cranberries in water until soft. Sieve into bowl containing the sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and pour into molds. Let stand at room temperature until jellied.
