Ingredients

    c. flour

  • 2

    T sugar

  • ¼

    tsp salt

  • 1

    c low fat or skim milk

  • 4

    eggs

  • 2

    T melted butter

  • Nonstick vegetable-oil cooking spray

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in blender or food processor. 2. spray 10 in skillet-ladle 2 T of batter. Cook 1-2 min and turn over. 3. Crepes can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 1 wk, or frozen for up to 2 months. If frozen thaw wrapped in refrigerater.
