- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 envelopes onion soup mix
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups instant rice
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 lbs. chicken, cut in pieces

Step 1
In a 9" x 13" baking pan, combine butter, creamed soup, onion soup mix, water and rice together. Mix together thoroughly. Rinse and add chicken to top of rice mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done and tender.
