  • 32 oz precooked frozen meatballs
  • 13.5 ox can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 lg green pepper, diced
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 2/3 c white vinegar
  • 2 T soy sauce



Step 1

Place meatballs in crockpot and top wit green peppers and pineapple.
Mix reserved pineapple juice, br. sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce.
Pour over meatballs
Cook on LO for 3-4 hours or until heated through
