  • 3 oz sweet butter
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small can anchovies; drained and chopped fine
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Step 1

Put butter, olive oil, anchovies, and garlic in sauce pan, cook gently for
about 15 minutes. At last minute, blend in cream. Do not let the mixture
boil. Transfer to copper pot, serve at once with any raw vegetable and/or
bread sticks.
