Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 2 large egg; lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoon butter or margarine; melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8 inch square baking pan.
Combine flour, sugar, corn meal, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
Combine milk, eggs, vegetable oil and butter in small bowl; mix well. Add
to flour mixturel stir just until blended. Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out
clean.
