Ingredients

    (2 pound) round steak

    cup. minced onion

  • 1/2

    cup minced celery

    teaspoons garlic salt

    (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup

    tablespoon brown sugar

  • 2

    tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 2

    tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2

    teaspoon prepared mustard

    teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Directions

Cut round steak into serving pieces. Place in 3-quart glass casserole. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Refrigerate for several hours. Microwave, covered, on simmer 40 to 50 minutes.
