Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. srircha
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 cups pre-sliced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1" slices

Step 1

Combine hoisin, ketchup, and Sriracha in a small bowl.

Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, saute 3 minutes or until tender. Add ginger, garlic and chicken and saute 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in hoisin mixture, cook 1 minute, tossing to coat.

Serve over rice.
