- Lobster Tail
- 5-6 oz tail 16 minutes
- 7-9 oz tail 18 minutes
- 10-12 tail 20 minutes
- 13-16 oz tail 23 minutes

Step 1
Thaw tails. With back up,split tail lengthwise,halfway through the body. With the fingers, pread back open, pry meat out of shell. Clos shell and lay meat over the top of the shell.Season to taste and baste well with melted butter.
Place in pre-heated oven at 475 degrees. Bake according to the cooking times for the weight.
Optional if desired, spoon 1 tbs. white wine (Chatteau La Salle is excellent) over each tail two minutes before the end of cooking time. Do not exceed total cooking time listed above.
