Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and set aside. Cream sugars with shortening. Add beaten eggs and beat mixture until smooth and fluffy. Add peanut butter and beat. Fold in flour mixture. Add vanilla and give final beating. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake until golden.
