Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken parts, skinned
- 3/4 C buttermilk
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp each dried oregano, basil, thyme and rosemary
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together marinade ingredients.
Add chicken, turning to coat. cover and marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Reserving marinade, place chicken on greased grill over medium heat; cook, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade, or 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear.
