Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. rice wine or white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 head napa cabbage (about 1 lb.), thinly sliced
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbs. sesame seeds, toasted

Step 1
