Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs. rice wine or white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 head napa cabbage (about 1 lb.), thinly sliced
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs. sesame seeds, toasted

Step 1
