Ingredients
- 6 cups coleslaw blend
- 1/2 cup light ranch dressing
- 1 small green and red pepper cut into strips
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 6 flour tortillas

Step 1
Toss cole slaw with ranch dressing, set aside. Cook and stir vegetables in large no stick skillet for 3 minutes. Add chicken. Cook and stir until no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Stir in bbq sauce and simmer 3 minutes until chicken is done.
Spoon chicken mixture and slaw into tortillas.
