Design - Candles on the Green Centrepiece

Ingredients

• Get a head start on spring with a simple, but stunning spring centrepiece. It's always delightfully unexpected to see grass growing indoors, when you're looking at grey outside.
• Wheat grass, 20 x 15-inch (50 x 37.5-cm) flat
• Galvanized tray or other waterproof tray
• 3 Candles, pillar, varying sizes
• Scissors

Preparation

Step 1

Cut wheat grass (available from florist shops) to fit a waterproof tray. Water and mist grass slightly.
Arrange candles in the grass, clipping away grass as necessary to give them a secure base.
Water lightly and mist daily.
Never leave burning candles unattended.
