Ingredients
- 2 M&M Meats Pineapple-Chicken mini skewers
- 1/2 Weight Watchers Whole Wheat Pita
- 1/2 tbsp Fat Free Miracle Whip or mayonnaise (optional)
- Sweet Red Pepper, diced
- Alfalfa Sprouts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare pineapple-chicken skewers according to package (the quickest way is to follow the microwave instructions and they still taste delicious).
2. Cut pita in half (also tastes good if you microwave it for a few seconds so that its warm).
3. Spread mayo on inside of pita.
4. Remove pineapple and chicken from skewer.
5. Stuff pita with pineapple, chicken, and desired amount of sweet red pepper and alfalfa sprouts.
