● 1 english muffin, split
● 1 large egg
● 2 strips ready to serve bacon, optional
● 1 slice american cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place english muffin on plate. Crack egg carefully on muffin. Microwave on High 40 seconds. Fold bacon strips in half. Place bacon and cheese over egg. Top with remaining english muffin half. Microwave on High another 30 seconds or til egg white is completely set and yolk is thickened around edges.
