Ingredients
- 1 Ib, Italian or French bread (12 in, long), cut into 12 slices
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped, drained sun-dried lomatoes packed in oil
- 1 package (5 1/2 oz) goat cheese
- 4 cups torn green leaf lettuce
- 1 bunch arugula, rinsed and patted dry

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In small bowl, combine Dressing, sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
Brush bread slices with 1/4 cup dressing mixture, Arrange on baking sheet and bake 12 minules or until golden, Evenly spread goat cheese on bread slices; set aside,
Toss lettuce and arugula with remaining dressing mixture, On serving platter, arrange lettuce, then top with prepared bread slices, Garnish, if desired, with additional basil.
