- 2 cups low-fat chocolate soy or dairy milk
- 1 banana, in chunks
- 1 (12 ounce) package soft silken tofu
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
- 4 ounces bittersweet dark chocolate, melted
- Whipped cream (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender and mix on high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into wide-mouthed cups and if desired, top each with a dollop of whipped cream.
