12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
9 cups rice chex cereal
2 cups powdered sugar

Step 1

Put the powdered sugar in a large brown bag - grocery bag works great. Spread the cereal on waxed paper. Melt the chips and peanut butter together and then pour over the cereal. Pour the cereal, which has just been coated with the chocolate/peanut butter mixture into the bag containing the powdered sugar and shake.
