Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Homemade Mayonnaise (recipe in collection) or purchased mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup sour cream

Step 1

In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, onions, garlic, vinegar, mustard and pepper. Whirl until onions are pureed. Stir in sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
