Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. oil (coconut works best, but any kind works, from olive to walnut)
  • Ice Cream of choice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ½ pound of melted chocolate and
2 tablespoons of oil (coconut oil tastes best,
but any kind of oil works, from olive to
walnut). Dunk small, well-frozen balls of
ice cream into the chocolate; let the
shells harden; serve.
