Jack's Favorite Hot Chocolate

Jack enjoys this topped with whipped cream on a chilly winter night!

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoon water
• 1 cup milk
• 1 dash of vanilla, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cocoa, sugar, and water in a small saucepan.
Heat it on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the
paste from sticking to the pan. After about 1 to 2 minutes, add milk and vanilla.

Mix all together and heat until it reaches your preferred temperature.

MY NOTES: I actually make this in the microwave, stirring with a small whisk after every 60-seconds.
