Ingredients
- 3 3 3 small bananas, cut in chunks
- 2 2 2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup puffed brown rice cereal
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup firm silken tofu
- 1 1 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 2 1 egg substitute mixed with 2 tbsp water or 1 egg*
