Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag of hashbrowns (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 16 oz container of sour cream
  • Cracker crumbs
  • small amount of additional melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Top with crushed cracker crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins to 1 hour.
