Golden Egg Bread

You can keep it simple and bake this right in the bread machine, form it into a braided loaf, use a loaf pan or a specialty pan or even make it into dinner rolls! The leftovers, if there are any, make wonderful French toast!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 6 tablespoons vegetable or corn oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 package of instant dry yeast

Step 1
Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Use white bread cycle.
This bread rises tall and cuts beautifully!
OR just use DOUGH cycle, punch down, shape as desired and let rise, covered, till doubled. Bake (for whole loaf) at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, keeping an eye on it. You might want to "tent" it with foil after 15 minutes to keep it from over-browning.
For dinner rolls, bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
