Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 skinned chicken breasts
  • 8 ox of uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 chopped celery rib
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 8 oz package of velveeta cubed

Preparation

Step 1

bring salted water to a boil and add chicken. Cook for 12 minutes. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon. return water to a boil and add pasta, cook 10 minutes. Drain and keep warm.


Heat 1/4 cup broth over med-high heat : add celery and onion and cook 5 minutes. Stir in chicken soup,cheese and remaining 1/4 cup of broth. Stir until cheese is melted. Toss with pasta.
