Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) package frozen whole green beans (or fresh)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp. honey-dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beans in microwave according to package directions. Set unopened bag aside.
In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Microwave 20 seconds to warm.
Open package carefully and pour beans onto serving plate or bowl. Pour dressing over top and serve immediately.
NOTE:
Add cayenne carefully, testing as you go. Add more for hotter taste as desired.
