Ingredients
- 1 c. cranberries
- 1 c. crushed ice
- 4 c. cranberry juice chilled
- 4 c. pineapple juice chilled
- 1 & 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 TBSP. almond ext.
- 2 liters ginger ale chilled
Preparation
Step 1
Using 3 (4) in. candy canes molds or shapes of choice - arrange cranberries and crushed ice alternating in a striped pattern. Add cold water to fill molds and freeze 2 hours. To unmold, wrap in hot damp cloth around the bottom of the mold, invert onto baking sheet. In a punch bowl, combine the juice, ext. and stir in sugar until dissolved. Add ginger ale. Place ice molds in bowl round side up. Serve immediately
