Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped ham
- 1 1/2 cups chopped green onions
- 1 (16 oz) can lima beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 1/2 oz) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (156 oz) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tea. sugar
- 1 tea. olive oil
- 1/2 tea. cumin
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. black pepper

Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine vinegar and remaining 5 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over bean mixture; toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
