Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 envelope fajita seasoning
  • 2-3 C. shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 (10-Count) package (8-inCh) flour tortillas
  • 1 (16-oz..) jar salsa or taco sauce
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chuck in skillet; drain well. Stir in fajita seasoning, mixing well. Heat a flat, non-stick griddle to 300 degrees. Place two tortillas on griddle; heat to warm. Flip tortillas. Sprinkle each tortilla with a layer of Cheese, followed by a layer of chuck and another thin layer of cheese. Top with two more tortillas.

Cook for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Turn and Cook 5 minutes more. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut each tortilla in quarters and serve with salsa and sour cream.
