Deep Dish German Chocolate Cookie Pizza

Last minute guests? Spur of the moment dinner party? ’Oops, I did say I’d bring a dessert, didn’t I?’ potluck? This Deep dish German chocolate cookie pizza is the perfect dessert! You can keep both ingredients on hIt is rich, people. A small slice is enough. But a big slice is even better! And warmed up with a scoop of ice cream? Would be a crazy good way to enjoy this super easy cookie pizza! Just sayin’.
and and when you need to whip up a spectacular dessert with little effort, simply bake the crust, let it cool and fill it with frosting! Well, it is a deep, dark triple chocolate cookie crust filled with creamy, decadent coconut pecan frosting. Sounds pretty amazing, huh?! Take a look at the newest 2 ingredient wonder around here!!

Ingredients
- 1 - 14 ounce package of triple chocolate cookie dough (I used this one from Immaculate Baking Co.)
- 1 can of coconut pecan frosting (I only used about 2/3 of the can) or make your own

Preparation
Step 1
Press the cookie dough into a 9 inch pie plate making sure to push together any seams and press the dough up the sides of the pie plate to create the crust.
Bake according to package directions until the cookie dough is baked through.
Remove cookie crust from oven and while it is still warm, use a glass to press the center of the cookie down to create the "deep dish" part of the cookie pizza.
Once cool, fill the cookie crust with coconut pecan frosting.
Slice and enjoy!
Optional: top with whipped cream or ice cream
