  • 1 yellow cake mix w/pudding
  • Mix according to package, but use 1 C. water.
  • Pour in greased 9x13.

Add: 4 C. rhubarb, mixed w/ 1 ½ -2 C. sugar.

Drop evenly over cake mix.

Pour 1 small whipping cream evenly over top.

Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
