  • 4 largo tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 piece (lb lb.) fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 of a small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup packed basil leaves

Step 1

In measuring cup, whisk together oil, vinegar, orange peel and salt. Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella, onions and basil leaves on plate. Drizzle with dressing.
