Ingredients
- 3 cartons cholesterol-free egg product - (4 oz ea)
- 1 1/2 cups Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 5 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (26 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup diced ham (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
Combine egg product, evaporated milk, cheese, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
