- Slices of rye bread, toasted
- Mayonnaise
- Orange juice and orange zest
- Fresh dill
- Shrimp (31-35 size)
- Chives
- Salt & pepper
- Slices of brie

Step 1
Broil bread in oven to toast. Mix together the rest of ingredients, except brie. Pile shrimp mixture on top of bread, then brie slices. Melt brie and serve.
