- 6 , 6-oz skin-on salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Lemon wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Place salmon in a shallow dish. Stir together soy sauce, mint, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil; pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Place salmon, skin side down, on greased grill over medium heat; brush with any remaining marinade. Close lid and grill until fish flakes easily when tested, about 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
