Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and shortening in 13' x 9" pan.

Mix and coat chicken. Place skin side down and bake uncovered 30 minutes at 425°. Turn over and bake 20 minutes.
