Mom made with grilled pork chops. I think I could try it without the bacon and on just about anything!!

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in skillet. Drain and chop; set aside. Heat bacon drippings over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook till tender. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, orange juice and ginger. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Fold in chopped bacon and crushed red pepper.
