Ingredients

- 1 large roasted chicken cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 ⁄2 cup celery, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained & diced
- 2 cups red grapes, sliced in half
- 1 ⁄4 cup slivered almonds
- salt
- Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Gently combine the chicken, celery, water chestnuts, grapes and almonds in a large glass bowl.
Mix all dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Add dressing to the chicken mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt to taste.
