Ingredients
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix (or dark chocolate)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Prepare cake according to directions on package, add cocoa powder. Pour into Bundt pan.
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla until smooth.
Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over cake batter.
Bake for 50-55 mins. Cool for 10 mins in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
To make Glaze, In a double boiler over hot, but not boiling water, combine chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, then add vanilla.
Spread warm glaze over top of cake, letting it drizzle down the sides.
