Ingredients
- 4 ounce can diced jalapeños, well drained
- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 + 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 4 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tbs dried parsley

Step 1
Combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add cheddar cheese , 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and diced jalapeños, mix well.
Spoon into an 8x8" baking disn, spreading evenly.
Mix bread crumbs, melted butter, remaining Parmesan cheese and dried parsley until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over dip.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot and breadcrumbs are golden brown. Do not over cook!
Serve with bread, crackers or chips.
