Ingredients
- ● 16 large cherry tomatoes
- ● 1/2 lb. apple-smoked or hickory smoked bacon, cooked, crumbled
- ● 1/2 cup mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip
- ● 1/3 cup green onions, white and green parts, minced
- ● 2 tbsp romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce, minced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut thin slice off of bottom of tomato, scoop out and discard pulp
2. Drain tomatoes, cut side down, on paper towels for 10 min.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
4. Stir gently to mix well
5. Spoon mixture into tomatoes
6. Refrigerate, covered for at least one hour, BUT NOT OVERNIGHT!
Maybe even good as a dip.... dice tomatoes into dip and serve with crackers.
