Ingredients
- 1/4 C. butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/4 C. powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbs. baking cocoa

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter. Add vanilla and mix well. Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; add to creamed mixture. Beat until dough holds together, about 3 min.
Pat into a 9X4" rectangle. Cut into 2X1-1/2" strips. Place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Prick with a fork. Bake at 300* for 20-25 min. or until set. Cool for 5 min.; remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
