Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsps. peeled and coarsely chopped ginger
- zest and juice of one large lime
- large pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsps. of honey
- 3 tbsps. soy sauce
- 1 tbsps. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 - 4 tbsps. light coconut milk or water, as needed to reach desired texture
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor or blender combine ingredients and process on high speed until smooth. Add 1/3 cup chopped cilantro and pulse to combine. Sauce can be stored, refrigerated, up to one week.
