Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsps. peeled and coarsely chopped ginger
  • zest and juice of one large lime
  • large pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsps. of honey
  • 3 tbsps. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsps. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 - 4 tbsps. light coconut milk or water, as needed to reach desired texture
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

In a food processor or blender combine ingredients and process on high speed until smooth. Add 1/3 cup chopped cilantro and pulse to combine. Sauce can be stored, refrigerated, up to one week.
