- 5 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 TBSP salt
- 1 TBSP sugar (optional)
- 4 cups flour

Step 1
Peel and cook potatoes, mash & Rice 2x.
Add everything but flour and allow to cool.
Add flour, roll into balls and cook @ 500F degrees
